Handrail 1-1/2" - 11

This full round handrail 1-1/2" - 11 measures 1.500" wide by 1.431" thickness. The circular design consists of a 3/4" radius full circle with a 1/2" wide by 5/8" tall dado milled into the bottom for mounting during the installation process. This cad-generated dxf file contains three skillfully drafted template designs for creating knives for this round railing. All our innovative profiles have a proven unbroken CNC (computer numerical control) tool path expediting the production process.

Our profile designs include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the knives properly without modifying the detail while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening whether you own a Weinig, Wadkin, Leadermac, SCM, Diehl, or Homag moulder, our patterns will mill flawlessly on them all.
