This tall elliptical-shaped handrail 1-1/2" - 10 measures 1.500" wide by 2.125" tall. The attractive profile is composed of a 9/16" radius semicircle on top, tangent of a 1-9/16" and 2-1/8" radius egg-shaped sides, the bottom consists of a 3/4" wide by 7/8" tall dado flanked by 5/64" broad line segments. Our high precision acrylic templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail, while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
