7/8" Half Round

This 7/8" half round measures .875" wide by .437" thickness, with a .437" depth of cut on the top horizontal cutters. Caution; the knives will come within .020" of the machine bed plates; we recommend a sacrificial bed plate be used when milling this detail.

This profile is not intended to be used as a bullnose detail; it has no blend area in the knife design because it is milled from the top horizontal cutter head; please search our bullnose profiles for nosing that mill from the right and left vertical cutterheads, these all have blend areas built into the cutters.
