25/32" Half Round

This 25/32" half round measures .781" wide by .390" thickness, with a .390" depth of cut on the top horizontal cutters. Caution; the knives will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail; we suggest a sacrificial bed plate be used for this type of milling operation.

This profile comprises a 25/32" wide half-circle, a great shape to utilize fall off rips of lumber. This pattern is not designed as a bullnose cutter; it has no blend area in the knife design because it is milled from the top horizontal cutter head. Please search our bullnose profiles for a nosing that is milled from the right or left vertical moulder spindles, these patterns have blend areas built into the cutters.
