3/8" Half Round
This 3/8 half-round measures .375" wide by .187" thickness. Caution: the knives will come within .010" of the machine bed plates when milling these profiles; we suggest a sacrificial bed plate be used for this type of milling operation.
The profile comprises two 3/8" wide half circles divided by a single 5/32" wide splitter. As with every splitting operation, we recommend installing an anti-kickback device on the molder before attempting to mill any of our multiple profiles. Utilize fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time with this unique split two custom half-round profile.
