1-5/8" Half Round
This 1-5/8" half-round measures 1.625" wide by .750" thickness. The convex profile comprises a 1-5/8" wide half-round circle, a great profile to utilize fall-off rips of lumber. The knife design is not intended to be used as a bullnose cutter because it has no blend area in the cutters. Please search our
bullnose profiles for a nosing that is milled from either the right or left vertical cutter heads; these patterns have blend areas built into the knives.
Caution: The knives will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
