1-5/16" Half Round - 1

This 1-5/16" half round - 1 measures 1.313" wide by .750" thickness. The convex profile is comprised of a 41/64" radius half circle with an attached 3/32" vertical fillet on each side edge of the pattern. This pattern is not intended for milling a bullnose detail; it has no blend area built into the knife design because it is being milled from the top cutter head. Please search our bullnose profiles for a nosing that mills from either of the vertical cutterheads, these designs have blend areas built into the cutters that will never show the transition between different sets of knives.

Caution: The knives will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
