1-1/16" Half Round
This 1-1/16" half round measures 1.062" wide by .437" thickness. This convex profile comprises a 7/16" wide half circle; this detail is not an accurate half round, but a great shape to utilize fall off rips of lumber. The knife design is not intended to be used as a bullnose cutter; it has no blend area in the cutters because it is milled from the top cutterhead; please search our
bullnose profiles for a nosing that is milled from either the right or left milling stations, all these patterns have blend areas built into the knives.
Caution: The knives will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
