WM 120 Half Round 1"

This WM 120 half-round 1" measures 1.000" in width by .500" in thickness. The standard profile consists of a 1/2" radius half-round circle used in a wide range of woodworking applications such as a shelf edge or screen mould. The recommended rough wood rip size for milling using four-quarter lumber is 1-1/4" wide. Caution: the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations. The current combined high-speed knife steel & template prices are listed below for quoting purposes. You may only need blades for a specific cutter head on the itemized costs, saving money by employing knives you already own.
