This 5" - 2 fluted door/window casing measures 5.000" wide by .750" thickness, requiring a 5-1/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial molder. The grooved profile contains four 1/2" wide by 3/16" deep flutes divided by three 7/16" broad fillets in the center. The outer concave semicircles are attached to a 27/32" flat line with 1/8" eased edges on each side of the design.
