This 5" fluted door/window casing measures 5.000" wide by .750" thickness, requiring a 5-1/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The grooved profile contains four 1/2" wide flutes divided by three 1/2" broad fillets in the center. The outer flutes are attached to a 3/4" flat line with a 3/16" rolled edge on each side of the design.
