Fluted 4-1/2" - 8

This custom 4-1/2" - 8 fluted casing measures 4.500" width by .750" thickness, enabling the use of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial-grade molder. The designer concave profile contains three 1/2" wide concave semicircles flanked by four 5/8" broad line segments in the center. The flat lines on the edges connect to a 5/32" radius ovolo boarded by a 3/32" vertical and horizontal line leaving a 1/2" thickness dimension on the sides. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 4-3/4" wide.
