This 4-1/2" - 7 fluted pilaster measures 4.500" width by .750" thickness, permitting the use of four-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial moulder. The symmetrical grooved profile contains three 3/4" wide concave semicircles divided by two 9/16" broad fillets in the center with a 9/16" flat area on each design's side edge. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 4-3/4" wide.
