Fluted 4-1/2" - 3
Fluted 4-1/2" - 3
This fluted trim measures 4.500" in width by .750" in thickness, allowing the use of four-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial moulder. The fluted profile butts together to make an architectural panel. The pattern contains three 1-1/4" wide concave semicircles divided by two 1/4" broad fillets in the center with a 1/8" full line segment on each design's side edges. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 4-3/4" wide.
Ever wonder why some knives never precisely line up in the cutter head? Perhaps a Weinig optical measuring stand and reviewing the process in which you align the blades in the cutter head will help eliminate this issue.
