Fluted 2-1/4" - 4

This good-looking 2-1/4" - 4 fluted casing/pilaster measures 2.250" wide by .687" thickness; this dimension is adjustable with a simple radial movement of the top horizontal cutter head on the molder. The symmetrical profile is comprised of three 1/4" radius concave grooves divided by two 3/16" wide horizontal lines in the center with a 15/64" wide flat line on each side. The detail was intentionally left with square sides so any of our radius edges could be applied with the right and left vertical cutter heads.
