The shaker style door rail is comprised of a 1/8" wide by 1/8" deep forty-five-degree chamfer positioned above the dado for the panel, the opposite side of the pattern retains a 1/8" radius edge. There is .016" built into the pattern for sanding after milling, this will eliminate the flattening of the 1/8" radius during this finishing procedure.
