Cabinet Door Moulding 3" - 15

This Cabinet Door Stile & Rail Moulding 3" - 15 measures 3.000" wide by .750" thickness with a depth of cut of .403" on the top horizontal set of knives. We also have a couple of matching drawer fronts that will compliment this detail, door rail 2.000" - 4 and door rail 2.250" - 42 for your review and consideration.

The creative profile is comprised of three tangent radius arcs on the outer edge of the detail, connected to two 5/32" radius half round circles separated by a 1/16" and a 61/64" wide sunk fillets, with a 5/32" radius edge positioned above the dado for the panel. The knife design includes the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the knives properly without modifying the detail while prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
