Cabinet Door Moulding 3" - 11

This double bead cabinet door rail molding 3" - 11, measures 3.000" wide by .812" thickness, enabling the detail to utilize four quarter lumber for milling on an industrial-grade molder. The attractive pattern contains a 3/8" full half-circle on the top left, connected to a 1/32" wide gap that joins to a 1-7/8" broad raised fillet in the center. The center joins an additional 3/8" half round bead and a small ogee with a 3/64" eased edge on the right side of the design. There is a slight .025" taper built into the top; this area is for sanding the profile after assembly to ensure the beads don't get flattened.
