Drawer Front Moulding 2-1/4" - 8

This mitered cabinet door rail/drawer front moulding 2-1/4" - 8 measures 2.250" wide by .812" thickness, permitting the detail to be machined out of four quarter lumber. The beaded edge profile is composed of a 1-5/8" wide straight flat line in the center, attached to a 3/32" vertical step with a 3/64" eased edge and a 1/4" round-over on the left, the opposite side retains a 5/32" drop in elevation with a 1/8" rounded edge joined to two 3/32" radius half round beads above the dado for the panel. There is .015" built into the template & knife design for sanding after the milling process, this will help preserve the integrity of the round-overs on the top edges.
