Cabinet Door Stile/Rail 2-1/4" - 26

This beautiful 2-1/4" - 26 cabinet door stile and rail comprises a recessed 5/16" broad half circle joined to a 3/64" wide sunk fillet and a 7/64" quarter round with a 5/64" vertical incline on the top left. It connects to a 1-17/64" broad flat area in the center with a 45-degree angled merged with two 3/16" wide half circles on the design's right side. The 1/4" tall by 1/2" wide dado is generally machined with insert tooling and not part of the downloadable dxf file. The pattern measures 2.250" in width by .813" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 2-1/2" wide.
