Cabinet Door Moulding 2-1/4" - 20

This stylish cabinet door rail/drawer front moulding 2-1/4" - 20 measures 2.250" wide by .812" thickness, enabling the detail to be machined out of four quarter lumber. The attractive profile is comprised of a 1/4" wide recessed half round circle on the outer edge, connected to a 3/32" wide sunk fillet that transitions into a 1-17/32" wide raised fillet in the center with a 1/8" radius edge on one side and a 3/64" eased edge vertical step on the opposite side, attached to a two tangent radius ogee above the dado for the panel. There is .015" built into the template design for sanding after milling, this extra will help keep the eased edges in the center from becoming flattened during the finishing process.
