Cabinet Door Moulding 2-1/4" - 1

This single bead door rail moulding 2-1/4" - 1 measures 2.250" wide by .812" thickness, allowing the pattern to use four quarter lumber. The common profile is composed of a 1-15/16" wide line segment with a 1/8" outer and 3/32" eased inner edge in the center, connected to a 1/16" wide by 3/16" deep sunk fillet, merged with a 1/4" wide half round bead above the dado for the panel on the right side of the detail. There are two template/knife designs within the downloadable dxf file available for purchase below. One for the image above and one for a four-inch-wide profile with a squared outer edge enabling flexibility on width sizes.
