Cabinet Door Moulding 2-1/4"

This beaded cabinet door rail moulding 2-1/4" measures 2.250" wide by .813" thickness, permitting the detail to be machined out of four quarter lumber. The standard symmetrical profile is comprised of a 1/4" wide half round circle on each side of the pattern, connected to a 5/64" wide sunk fillet that transitions into a 1-9/16" wide by 3/16" tall raised fillet with 3/32" round edges in the center of the pattern. There is .015" of taper on the top of the detail for sanding purposes after milling, this design feature will keep the 3/32" eased edges from being damaged in the finishing process.
