The profile is comprised of a 2-13/32" wide horizontal fillet with 3/32" radius edges that transition downward 1/2" deep to a 2-19/32" wide straight fillet; this area also retains a 3/32" radius edge. The saw kerf for the weather stripping gets machined by either a universal moulder spindle or on a table saw after the milling process.
