Stop 5/8" - 6

This decorative glass stop moulding 5/8" - 6 measures .625" wide by .500" thickness. The ogee style profile is comprised of two tangent 9/32" radiuses creating a cyma reversa, leaving a 1/8" thickness dimension on the thin side of the design. Utilize fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time with this unique split two-glass stop profile.

Caution; the cutters will come within .010" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations types. We strongly suggest an anti-kickback device be installed on the machinery for safety concerns before attempting any milling procedures that involve splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
