Stop 5/8" - 5

This glass stop moulding 5/8" - 5 measures .625" wide by .375" thickness. The profile is comprised of a 5/8" wide horizontal line with a 1/16" radius edge. Utilize fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the time with this unique split two custom glass stop design. Our profiles include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the knives properly without modifying the detail while prolonging the milling time between sharpening.

Caution; the cutters will come within .015" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations types. We strongly suggest an anti-kickback device be installed on the moulder before attempting any milling procedures that involve splitting lumber into multiples pieces for safety concerns.
