This decorative glass stop moulding 5/8" - 3 measures .625" wide by .468" thickness. The functional profile is milled two wide to maximize the feed system on the molder while utilizing fall-off rips of lumber, enabling production time to be cut in half. The pattern is comprised of a 1/16" wide by 1/16" deep rabbet on the outside edge on both the top and bottom, connected to a 5/16" wide flat line on top that transitions into a beveled line with a 1/8" tall vertical line on the bottom side edge of the design.

Caution; the cutters will come within .010" of the moulder bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations types.
