Stop 1/2" - 5

This small glass stop moulding 1/2" - 5 measures .500" wide by .375" thickness. The profile is comprised of a 1/8" wide horizontal line on top connected to a 34.48-degree bevel leaving a 1/8" thickness dimension on the thin side edge of the design. Utilize fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time with this unique glass stop profile.

Caution; the cutters will come within .010" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations types. We strongly suggest an anti-kickback device be installed on the machinery for safety concerns before attempting any milling procedures that involve splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
