Stop 1/2" - 4

This glass stop moulding 1/2" - 4 measures .500" wide by .500" thickness. The simple profile is comprised of a 1/4" wide by 5/16" deep rabbet leaving a 3/16" thickness dimension on the thin edge at the bottom of the detail. Utilize fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time with this unique split two-glass stop detail.

Caution; the cutters will come within .010" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations types. We strongly suggest an anti-kickback device be installed on the machinery for safety concerns before attempting any milling procedures that involve splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
