This Creative Glass Stop Moulding 1/2" - 3 measures .500" wide by .375" thickness, with a .380" depth of cut on the top horizontal set of knives. Caution; the moulding knives will come within .015" of the moulder bed plates when milling this detail. We suggest a sacrificial bed plate be used for these types of milling operations.

The profile is comprised of a 7/32" wide horizontal fillet with an attached 3/16" radius quarter-circle that transitions into a 3/32" wide eased edge fillet. Utilize fall off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the time with this unique split two custom moulding knife profile. We strongly suggest an antikickback device be installed on the moulder before attempting to mill any of our multiple profiles, as in all split moulding operations.
