Stop 5/16"

This beveled stop moulding 5/16" measures .312" wide by .250" thickness, utilize fall off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time with this unique split two custom stop profile. The pattern is composed of a 3/32" wide line segment connected to a 48.814 degree beveled line. Please review this trim moulding 1.500" - 5 it can be used in conjunction with this small stop moulding.

Caution; the cutters will come within .020" of the moulder bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations types. We strongly suggest an anti-kickback device be installed on the machinery for safety concerns before attempting any milling procedures that involve splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
