Stop 1-1/4" - 1

This T Shaped Door Stop Moulding 1-1/4" - 1 measure 1.250" wide by .750" thickness with a 1/4" depth of cut. The profile consists of an 11/32" wide by 1/4" deep rabbet on both outer edges at the bottom of the pattern, which leaves 9/16" remaining in the center to fit into a milled groove of a door jamb. T stops are moldings applied to the inside portion of a door jamb with a dado milled into the door jambs. Generally speaking, they reflect a higher standard of quality of the door itself because the door is typically heavier. They also provide a more solid stopping point when the door is closed than an applied door stop.
