Door Cope & Stick 13/16" - 1

This shaker style door cope & stick 13/16" - 1 measures .812" thickness, the width can be manufactured to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to mill the pattern. The simplistic profile comprises a 1/4" tall by 1/2" wide tongue and groove with .006" of void in the joint area, allowing excess glue to escape during assembly. Our high precision templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
