Door Cope & Stick 3/4" - 7

This cabinet door cope & stick 3/4" - 7 measures .750" thickness, allowing the pattern to be machined out of four-quarter lumber. The width can be milled to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the detail. The attractive profile is composed of a 1/2" wide by 3/16" tall tongue and groove joint in the center, joined to a steep but short ogee with a 1/8" tall vertical fillet at the top of the design. There is a .006" void in the joint area for excess glue to escape from during construction of the male and female parts. Our professionally designed acrylic templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail, while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
