Door Cope & Stick 3/4"

This shaker style cabinet door cope & stick 3/4" measures .750" in thickness. The width can be manufactured to any desired size within the parameters of the shaper or molder used to mill the pattern. The common profile is comprised of a 9/32" tall by 3/8" deep tongue and groove, flanked by 15/64" tall vertical lines on both the top and bottom of the design. There is a .004" void in the joint area to allow excess glue to escape from the joint during assembly while also providing a snug fit.
