Door Cope & Stick 2-1/4" - 10

This attractive 2-1/4" - 10 door cope & stick measures 2.250" thickness. The width is machined to any desired size within the parameters of the shaper or molder used to mill the pattern. The rough lumber blanks to mill this detail will most likely be glued together from smaller thicknesses of lumber like four-quarter material. The profile comprises a 1/2" wide by 7/8" tall tongue and groove joint flanked by a 1/2" radius quarter circle with a 1/4" line segment on both the top and bottom of the pattern. There is .006" of void in the joint to allow excess glue to escape when the male and female pieces are being assembled.
