Door Cope & Stick 1-15/16"

This exterior door copes & stick 1-15/16" measures 1.937" thickness, necessitating the use of ten-quarter lumber for milling; the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the shaper or molder used to cut the pattern. The stylish symmetrical profile is composed of a 7/16" wide by 1/2" deep tongue and groove joint with a built-in .007" void (this is to allow for excess glue to escape during assembly), connected to two ogee's made up from two tangent 1/4" radius semicircular arcs with a 1/8" vertical edge on both the top and bottom of the design.
