Door Cope & Stick 1-3/4" - 25

This door cope and stick measures 1-3/4" thickness. The width can be milled to any desired size of the stile and rails because these are generally milled on a shaper, and the symmetrical profile consists of a 1/8" stepped fillet with a chamfered or splay face, the tongue and groove measure roughly 1/2" wide by 5/8" deep, there is .006" of slop left in the joint area to assure a snug fit while allowing excess glue to escape during assembly.
