Door Cope & Stick 1-3/4" - 24

This decorative door cope and stick 1-3/4" - 24 measures 1.750" thickness. The width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the molder or shaper used to mill the pattern. The profile comprises a 3/4" tall by 1/2" deep tongue and groove joint flanked by a small ovolo consisting of a 3/16" radius quarter circle. A .008" void is built in the joint area for glue to escape during assembly. We offer a similar profile in a 2-1/4" thickness dimension for your review and consideration, door cope 2.250" - 9. Our high precision templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail, while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
