Door Cope & Stick 1-3/4" - 13

This 1-3/4" - 13 door cope & stick measures 1.750" thickness. Widths are adjusted to the desired size during the milling process. The profile is composed of a 1/2" wide by 5/8" deep tongue and groove with 1/4" wide by 1/4" tall rabbets on both the top and bottom of the pattern, a total of .006" of slop in the joint area will ensure a snug fit when assembled, a four-degree draft angle will allow the knife to be sharpened correctly without altering the profile when dull.
