Door Cope & Stick 1-3/4" - 11

This interior door cope & stick 1-3/4" - 11 measures 1.750" thickness, allowing the detail to be machined out of eight-quarter lumber; the width is milled to any desired size within the shaper parameters used to cut the pattern. The custom profile is composed of a 3/4" wide by 1/2" deep tongue & groove in the center, joined to a 1/4" broad line segment with a 1/4" wide by 1/4" deep notch on both the top and bottom of the design. There is a.008" void in the joint area that creates a snug fit, this area also allows excess glue to escape from during assembly of the door.
