Door Cope & Stick 1-3/8" - 6

This door cope & stick is designed for use in the manufacturing of 1-3/8" thick interior doors; it will require six or eight-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder or shaper. The symmetrical profile consists of two 5/16" radius ovolo's, one on the top edge and the other at the bottom side, the groove is for a 3/16" thick panel. Our high precision acrylic templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail, while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
