Door Cope & Stick 1-3/8" - 1

This lovely door cope & stick 1-3/8" - 1 measure 1.375" thickness. The width is milled to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to mill the pattern. The profile is comprised of a 5/8" wide by 1/4" tall tongue and groove with .006" of void in the joint area to allow extra glue to escape during assembly. The rest of the pattern consists of a 13/32" quarter circle with a 9/64" vertical line at the top and bottom face side. Our high-precision moulding knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
