Door Cope & Stick 1-3/8"

This door cope and stick profile was created for a door stile and rail measuring 1-3/8" thickness, the profile consist of two ogee's or cyma reversa detail that are about 1/2" in depth, the groove was designed to fit a 1/4" thickness panel. Please note that all our door cope designs have a slight five degree taper added to the design to enable many sharpenings of the moulding knives without changing the profile dimensions. This means you must taper the edge of the panel or it will reveal a gap on both sides between the panel and the moulding when the panel is inserted, this is caused by the groove being out of square.
