Door Cope & Stick 1-1/16" - 1

This Cabinet Door Cope & Stick 1-1/16" - 1 measure 1.062" thickness with a depth of cut of .375". The width is adjustable to any desired size within the parameter of the shaper or moulder used to mill the pattern. The profiles are comprised of a 3/8" wide by 1/4" tall tongue and groove (with .006" void area for glue escape when assembled) attached to a geometrical ovolo shape in the upper edge of the design. The professional cad produced dxf file contains two high-precision moulding template designs to create moulder cutters for this cope and stick detail.
