Door Cope & Stick 1"

This door cope and stick profile measures 1" thickness, the widths can be adjusted to many desired sizes during the milling process, the profile is a simple tongue and groove design measuring 17/64" wide by 1/2" deep. Please notice the taper in the joint area, we must have these draft angles in all our designs so we are able to sharpen your moulding knives correctly time after time. Also note you can not mix or match our profile designs with insert tooling profiles, they are able to use ninety degrees in their inserts because they face grind their moulding knives, we back grind all our moulding knives so ninety degrees in the design is not permissible with out changing the detail after the first sharpening has been completed.
