Crown 8-1/2" - 12

This custom 8-1/2" - 12 crown mould measures 8.506" width by 1.250" thickness, requiring the use of six-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial moulder. The extensive supporting profile contains a 29/64" tall by 21/64" perpendicular lines on the top left. The squared line connects to a 29/64" quarter bead with a 7/32" vertical fillet merged with a graceful two tangent radius cyma recta in the center. The s-shaped curvature joins a 15/32" quarter circle to a 5/16" tall by 31/64" wide right angle on the bottom right side of the design. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; these dedicated back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed; they also lock in the positioned height at 6" tall with a projection of 6-1/32" across the top.
