Crown Moulding 7-3/4"

This gorgeous crown moulding 7-3/4" measures 7.729" wide by 1.250" thickness, necessitating an eight-inch wide blank of six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The ornate profile contains a 3/16" tall by 9/32" wide perpendicular lines with a 3/64" sunk fillet on the top left. The short vertical line connects to a bullnose merged with a squared, and notched fillet joined to a 5-1/4" cove in the center. The remaining portion consists of a 5/16" horizontal line joined to a graceful two tangent radius ogee with a 13/32" horizontal line on the design's bottom right side. The fixed spring angles are set at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees; these particular back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed; they also lock in the positioned height at 4-7/8" tall with a 6" projection across the top.
