Crown Moulding 7-1/32"

This Crown/Cove Moulding 7-1/32" measures 7.031" wide by 1.250" thickness, this detail will require six quarter lumber to produce this pattern on an industrial style moulder. The profile starts on top with a 9/16" tall vertical fillet that is connected to a large 3-5/8" radius cavetto in the center which is attached to a notched fillet, a two tangent 1/2" radius cyma recta and 1/2" wide squared fillet at the bottom of the pattern. When this pattern is properly milled and installed the height becomes 5-3/8" tall with a projection of 4-17/32" wide, the spring angles are fixed at forty and fifty degrees with four of the points of the design purposely positioned on the same level plane, this design practice will create superior hold down capabilities during the milling process.
