Crown Mould 6-13/16" - 1

This beautiful 6-13/16" - 1 terminating crown mould comprises a 9/16" vertical segment on the top left. It connects to the center's lovely 4-35/64" concave semicircular arc. The lower portion contains a 27/64" wide by 1/4" tall perpendicular notch attached to a 5/16" radius convex bead with a 13/16" flat portion on the design's bottom right corner. The fixed spring angles are at forty-two and forty-eight degrees; they are included in the downloadable DXF file below. These particular back angles keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed, in addition to locking in the height at 4-13/16" tall with a 4-13/16" projection across the top. The pattern measures 6.796" in width by 1.437" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip-size milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) using eight-quarter lumber is 7-1/16" wide.
